Department of Political Science

Introduction of the Department–

Establishment : 1984 (UG):
Dr. Ghali College was established in Gadhinglaj on June 15, 1984. The same year marked the establishment of the Department of Political Science. By ensuring outstanding academic eminence, the department is committed to accomplishing the institute's vision, mission, and objectives. Our department is well known for better education in humanities. It has been carrying out its duties and providing academic services to those who wish to learn. It specifically strives for academic achievement in order to produce better social workers, teachers, lawyers, businessmen, politicians, and other professionals. Several graduates specialising in political science have been produced by the department; nearly all of them work in governmental and non-governmental organizations. Our departmental activities are student centric. It regularly organizes a variety of educational events, such as display wallpaper, group discussions, and guest lectures. The department imparts democratic values in an effort to produce responsible citizens.

Objectives

3)To inculcate basic political and human values among students.
4)To make students aware of their rights and duties.
5)To encourage the students for higher education.
